Hello,

I was wondering if you accept guest post for your blog. If you do, I would like to submit a few. I'm a recent college graduate, with an English major, looking to build out my portfolio. I can write on a wide variety of topics and am sure you would be happy with the quality. Please email me back if you are interested. Thank you for your time.

Hi Tony,

I have just begun to use your PD Magazine Secrets; and am enthusiastically searching for some magazines in the area of Christianity and biblical studies pre-1923. I am currently using the HathiTrust database. My question is this: When the copyright information mentions that the work is "Public Domain;Google- digitized", does this mean that the content of the work may not be used commercially, or does the restriction refer only to the commercial use of the digital images produced by Google using OCR software? If the latter applies, does this still allow me to use the material contained in the work, or has the work been re- copyrighted (de facto) by Google? Sorry the question is a bit complicated, but the answer is critical. I can't proceed until I understand what this restriction refers to. Thanks for your anticipated reply.

Cheers,

Hi I am just trying to find out how to contact you to ask questions. Have you thought of having a FB fan page?

anyways my question is about Google books -Can we use them as content in blogs that do make money through adsense or affiliate programs? Most of the books now say that they can't be used for commercial use. Not sure how they would know but google knows everything.

thanks
Julie
I am a big fan of this idea of public domain works! Still trying to figure it all out! thanks!

Hi Tony,

I'm enjoying your site, but I don't know which of your products to choose! Can you advise on the differences or targets for your codebook v.1 and codebook v.2 and "explained" course? or if the toolbar is self-explanatory enough? I can't get everything of course :)

Looking forward to your information.

Oh, goodie. Copyright police are going to sweep the web. Let's see how long until they try to protect the PD part of someone's reused PD work.

Hey Audrey...I'm not sure what your interests are, but the easiest way to begin is to use one of the free blogging services. Wordpress.com, Blogger.com and Wetpaint.com are probably the best examples. Squidoo.com is also an option...their lenses are a lot like blogs. Next, if you're planning to sell your own products, you will need a Paypal Business Account (also free). They offer great tutorials on how to create a Buy button for products you're selling. For selling other people's products as an affiliate, you may want to check out Clickbank.com, e-Junkie.com or Paydotcom.com. Commission Junction (cj.com) is also an option.

I've actually created a couple videos that explain the entire process in great, step-by-step detail in my "Step-by-Step Info Products" Subscribers-Only site (http://stepbystepinfoproducts.com). There is nearly 40 hours of step-by-step, how-to videos there that walk you through those processes and a whole lot more. Hope this helps!
